Still Working

Been a couple weeks, just wanted to give a little update.  I think we see the light at the end of the tunnel.  We have been slaving away for a few weeks on the house to sell.  Have i said how much I hate painting?!?  Well we are to the point of finishing up the little details, and cleaning it.  The plan is to have the house on the market in the next couple weeks.   Its been a long road, and its definitely wearing on us.  But we are almost finished!  Then is the next phase of our plan.  We have combined 2 households, and we both have alot of stuff, so its time to sell.  We figure on having a estate sale every week for a several weeks to try and downsize.  We have been selling stuff on Facebook and Craigslist, but there is still soooooo much left.  We are officially Thousand trails members, we the transfer process took awhile, but we finally have our membership cards, and are counting down the days until we need to make our first reservations for our maiden voyage over to Washington state to spend some time with Harmony’s Mom and oldest son.  We have been collecting various gear and gadgets for the trip, check our gear section on the website for these Items.

About Fummins Family

In 2016 a family hit the road with 5 of their children. They were going to travel the country in a Ford Excursion that had a cummins engine. A ford with a cummins, hence the name, Fummins. Ford+Cummins=Fummins. It was going to be a fummins family roadtrip. Within 3 months they decided that the travel trailer they were pulling wasn't working well for their family. They needed more space so they upgraded to a fifth wheel. It's not easy to pull a fifth wheel with an excursion, so they had to bid farewell to the fummins. They talked about changing the name of theirs travels, but decided to hold onto it for a while longer. They already had a website, blog, youtube, instagram and facebook. After 2 more years they decided to make the switch to Roadschool. Here they will share some of the old posts and video. It may be old information, but it's still just as good...at least most of it!
